- Go our shop section by clicking on the “Shop” link in the navigation menu.
- Once you have found an item/items you like, click the “Add To Basket” button.
- Click on the shopping cart icon in the menu once you wish to checkout.
- Proceed through the checkout process to complete your order.
You can shop at MAEZU without creating an account.
However, register with us for the following benefits:
- Track your order and view your order history
- Add products to your personal wishlist
- Save your details for a faster checkout process
To reset your password, follow the lost password link and enter your details to receive a reset link.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our payments are processed by Stripe, a well known and trusted company used by businesses all over the world. We therefore do not process or store your payment information directly.
We currently only display prices in USD, but we will have a currency converter coming very soon.
Regardless of the currency converter, your order will be invoiced in USD.
We currently ship to the following destinations:

- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- United States
The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the shipping destination and can be viewed on the checkout page. Delivery times and cost vary depending on your location. Please refer to the table below for shipping information.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may email us at email@example.com to amend or cancel your order for a full refund. Please include your order number when contacting us. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to amend the order and you will have need to follow our returns procedure.
Once your order has been placed, you will be able to track the status of your order by logging into your account and going to your orders section. If you do not have an account with us, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an order status update. Regardless of whether you have an account with us or not, we will email you once your order has been dispatched with your tracking number and details on how to track your parcel.
Returns: You have 14 days from when you receive your order to decide whether to keep your items. To request a refund please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for returning. We will then send you details on how to complete the return. The items must be sent back to us in it’s original packaging and in an unused state. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have any further questions with regards to returns.
Exchanges: You have 14 days to inform us of a faulty product. To request a replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description plus any photos of the fault and will contact you regarding the next steps on how to complete the exchange.
Your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.
